24werk serves job seekers and employers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Job seekers can apply directly to vacancies, filter by category and employment type (e.g., full-time, part-time, internship, temporary, freelance), and search by distance from a given location. They can also set up job alerts for specific sectors to receive email notifications when new matching vacancies appear. All vacancies are refreshed daily and expired ones are automatically removed.

Employers can post vacancies for free and pay only when they request full candidate details. They can search the CV database by function, sector, and location. From a dashboard, employers can edit, pause, or close vacancies at any time. For employers with 5 or more vacancies, bulk import via CSV or XML is available. Agencies with 10 or more vacancies can use an agency account with separate rates and manage multiple recruiters under one main account. A single vacancy posting reaches both the Netherlands and Belgium.
