Mustakbil.com

Mustakbil is a job website that has been operating since 2004 and runs regional sites across 90+ countries on 6 continents. It is free for jobseekers to create an account, build a resume, apply to jobs, set up job alerts, and book interviews. The platform provides an AI-assisted resume builder that can import existing Word, PDF, or image files and pre-fill the builder. Jobseekers can apply to jobs with one tap after saving their profile once, and they can control the visibility of their resume, making it searchable to employers or visible only when they apply.

For employers, Mustakbil offers a free job posting option where AI writes the ad and ranks the first 25 applicants. Paid job posting packages start from USD 30 per job ad and include homepage placement and AI-ranked applicants. Employers can also search the CV database for free and pay only for contact details, starting from USD 14 per contact pack. A monthly subscription plan called Mustakbil Pro costs USD 60 per month and includes AI screening on every job, 200 sourcing invitations, 35 CV contact unlocks, and 3 recruiter seats. New employer accounts are reviewed before jobs go live.
