The free plan includes CV upload and optimization, application writing help, targeted application generation, application assessment, CV download, career guidance, company search for unsolicited applications, and a job interview simulator. A 30-day paid plan costs 29 DKK (0.97 DKK/day) and adds the same features plus the interview simulator. Mobile apps are available on the App Store and Google Play.

Employers can create and publish job postings for free. They can use AI to write job postings based on keywords and tone selection, in Danish or English. Employers can search for candidates by job title, distance, years of experience, and recent activity, and candidates are shown anonymously until the employer sends the first message. Payment occurs only when contacting a candidate. Employers can also set up a candidate agent that notifies them when new candidates match, invite candidates to an AI job interview for screening, create a company profile with departments, manage multiple users with access control, and save job postings as drafts or close them with one click.
