ASIA Link is a referral-type employment agency licensed by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. It is free for international students—no fees are charged from registration through employment. The agency focuses on permanent positions (正社員) and does not handle temporary staffing, contract employee, or part-time job listings.

Over 90% of job listings are for manufacturers in engineering, overseas sales, and international business roles. Industries center on global manufacturers such as machinery and electronic parts, with some openings at trading companies and IT firms. The agency serves international students from many countries and regions, including China, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan, USA, Germany, Eastern Europe, North America, South America, and Africa.

After a job offer is accepted, the agency provides advice on visa status change procedures. Its office is located in Kodaira, Tokyo, near Shin-Kodaira Station. Note that the service does not guarantee job offers—if your conditions do not match available openings, they may not be able to introduce any positions.
