This job board is operated by the National Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of Guadalajara. It serves two groups: affiliated companies looking to hire personnel, and job seekers who can be promoted to find employment through the vacancies posted on the site. The platform is specifically for the Guadalajara area.

For employers, membership in the Chamber of Commerce (at least the Impulsa package) or a 30-day curriculum portfolio consultation contract is required. Once registered, employers can publish an unlimited number of job vacancies, select from pre-registered candidates and contact them directly, and consult the CV portfolio in person at the Chamber's facilities from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If an employer hires a candidate who applied through the website, they must notify the job board advisor to remove that candidate from the system.
