BoomBeeJobs

Boombeejobs is a job board serving Mexico. It is free for job seekers: you can post your profile and CV without paying anything, and the platform never charges for applying. Employers can post up to 3 free job vacancies, with additional Premium and Max plans available for more features. The platform verifies each company before it can publish a job, and users can report suspicious vacancies.

Job seekers can see whether their application has been viewed, if an interview is scheduled, and the typical response time of the employer. The platform also offers salary comparison data by position, allowing users to compare what vacancies pay and what employees report. Users can rate companies and report salaries anonymously. Email alerts can be set up for specific positions and cities, notifying you when a matching vacancy is posted.

Employers can share job vacancies via WhatsApp, Facebook, or a QR code poster. The platform provides a messaging system for conversations between employers and candidates within a single thread. Employers can schedule interviews, provide rejection reasons, and invite candidates to rate the hiring process. A verified company seal is awarded after an admin confirms the company profile.
