Brasil Emprega connects candidates and companies throughout Brazil, covering all 5,570 municipalities and the Federal District. Registration, job search, and application are free for candidates. The registration process includes a profile test and provides a protocol number. The platform does not request bank passwords, authentication codes, or payments from candidates to participate in job openings.

Job types available include Internship, Young Apprentice, CLT Employment, Freelancer, and Temporary. The job search page offers filters for state, work format, and minimum salary, and allows sorting by most recent, job title, city, highest salary, and best rating. A virtual assistant named Léo provides general guidance.

Employers can publish job postings, manage candidates, and organize selection processes. Employer registration requires company data, responsible person, CNPJ, city, state, and access credentials. The employer panel includes a recruitment CRM with stages, contacts, interviews, evaluations, and next steps. Companies are responsible for the information published and for conducting their own selection processes. Registration does not guarantee an interview or hiring.
