Cadre is a digital recruitment platform from Zad Information Trading Group that connects job seekers with employers. Its key feature is integration with the Ektefa HR system: jobs are published only by HR officials within companies subscribed to that system, which the platform states reduces fake or unreliable postings. The platform serves both job seekers and employers simultaneously.

Job seekers can browse openings by city, experience level, and job level, and apply through the Cadre mobile app. Filters include city, job type, job title, nationality preference, experience, and job level. Employers who subscribe to the Ektefa HR system can post jobs and use tools such as direct interview invitations, interview evaluation, and sending job offers.
