Career65 is a job board specifically for seniors aged 65 and over, covering all 47 prefectures of Japan as well as overseas locations. It offers a range of filters to help job seekers find suitable positions, including options for working hours per day (2 hours or less, 4 hours or less, 6 hours or less, 8 hours or less) and working days per week (from 1 day, from 4 days, from 2-3 days). Shift types can be filtered by fixed, free shift, fixed shift, or complete shift systems.

Job seekers can also filter by job specialties such as physical work, social connection work, dementia prevention work, and work with meal benefits. Additional filters include work motivation (e.g., work for purpose, appreciated work, work with goals, work with raises/promotions, work with evaluation systems), skills and experience (e.g., work that utilizes hobbies, utilizes professional experience, enables skill-up, is beginner-friendly, contributes to society), work that can be done with one's own judgment, and work with a team of fellow senior workers. Time-of-day filters cover late night/nighttime, early morning/morning, daytime, and evening.

For employers, Career65 offers free job posting with no initial or listing fees, and uses a performance-based fee model where employers only pay when a hire is made. The fee is a fixed 30,000 yen per hire, with the first hire being free as part of a campaign.
