CIFA Careers

Cifa Careers is a jobs board that uses video résumés and AI tools to connect employers with candidates. Employers can post jobs using credits (£39 each), access a video résumé database to evaluate communication skills and personality before scheduling interviews, and use AI-driven CV screening to ensure applications pass applicant tracking systems. The platform also offers customisable quizzes and assessments for testing technical skills and cultural fit.

For employers, the platform provides one-click interview scheduling, a bank of over 1,000 interview questions, and an AI tool to generate unlimited job-specific questions. Additional paid features include CV and video résumé credits (£150 for up to 100 contacts per month) and AI credits (£1) for generating questions and job descriptions. Cifa Careers also acts as an outsourced HR partner, managing recruitment, training, and candidate development, and offers CPD-accredited professional qualification courses in finance and business.
