It reports over 255 live jobs updated daily and claims to have counselled 19.86 lakh youth and placed 14.60 lakh youth, with 10,000+ job drives and 10,000+ partner employers. The platform lists jobs across sectors such as Healthcare & Medical, Retail, Beauty & Wellness, Telecom, Marketing & Communication, Design & Development, Human Research & Development, Finance Management, Security & Safety Services, Automotive, Logistic, Textile & Apparel, Education & Training, Customer Support Care, Project Management, and Hospitality & Aviation.

The platform offers a candidate journey that includes registration and profiling, assessment of career interest and employability skills, mapping competency to job requirements, career counselling and guidance, skill upgrading, pre-employment preparation through webinars and workshops, and facilitation of internships, apprenticeships, and job placements. Jobs are categorized into Domestic Jobs, International Jobs, and All Jobs.
