ConnectingOdds aggregates job listings from company career sites and public boards, deduplicating and refreshing them continuously. The feed is strictly chronological, not algorithmically ranked. Visa, work authorisation, and clearance eligibility are shown only when the posting provides evidence; otherwise marked as 'not specified'. AI search parses salary floors, remote-only, visa sponsorship, and seniority from a single sentence.

The platform offers a free individual plan with no credit card required and no time-limited trial. Messaging between connected members is unlimited on all plans, including the free plan. Built-in voice and video calls use WebRTC in the browser with no separate downloads or meeting IDs. Native meeting scheduling includes .ics-backed invitations, reminders, and reschedule tools.

For employers, the Recruiter plan costs $29 per seat per month and includes a recruiter dashboard, saved searches, bulk outreach, and applicant tracking. Recruiter seats start with a 14-day trial that allows posting real jobs, contacting candidates, and tracking applications. The Company plan adds a branded company page, multiple recruiter seats, SSO, ATS exports, and a dedicated account manager. Advertising placements are available in the feed, member profiles, and news, with a $5 per day minimum on every placement. Discounts are offered for registered non-profits and educational institutions.
