Creative Access

Creative Access is a UK-based social enterprise founded in 2012 that focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the creative industries. It places individuals from groups historically under-represented in terms of ethnicity, lower socio-economic status, or disability into roles at all levels, from internships and entry-level to senior and board-level positions. The organisation collaborates with hundreds of partners across film, TV, publishing, marketing, communications, theatre, art, and beyond.

Job seekers can find paid internships and other roles on an opportunities board, and also receive career support, training, networking events, and mentoring. The talent community includes 20,000 candidates, over 80% from under-represented groups, with about 40% located outside London. Employers can recruit through paid internships, promote roles to job seekers, access mid-level and contingency recruitment, and use training and consultancy to build inclusive cultures.
