Jobomas

Jobomas serves job seekers and employers in the Czech Republic. Employers can post one job per month for free, with no credit card required. Paid options include a Simple ad (CZK 1,490 one-time) with a featured tag, or a Premium ad (CZK 3,890 one-time) that appears at the top of listings and lets candidates apply without using their quota. Employers who post frequently can buy a Lite or Business membership to reduce the cost per ad.

When a candidate is interested, they write to the employer directly via email—there is no separate inbox to check. Employers can also enable WhatsApp contact so candidates message them from their phone. Job ads are distributed to Google Jobs, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and partner job boards through paid Meta campaigns. Employers can post anonymously by hiding their name and email; the platform forwards candidate messages without revealing the employer's identity.

The platform does not store CVs or offer a CV database, and it does not provide applicant tracking features such as stages, scores, or rejections. Employers pay per job post, not per candidate—whether two or two hundred people apply, the cost is the same. As of the available data, Jobomas reports 490 registered people in the Czech Republic.
