DieTechRecruiter is a German IT recruitment platform founded in 2024, targeting both employers and IT talents in the DACH region. The founders have been active in tech recruiting since 2011. The platform offers services for permanent IT positions, including active sourcing, preselection, and process support, as well as IT freelancer placement through a freelancer network. It also provides interim recruiting on an hourly or daily basis and IT recruiter training to improve recruiting competence.

For employers, the platform offers a job posting service with Google for Jobs optimization. A single IT job ad costs 149 EUR net, and three ads cost 299 EUR net (buy two, get one free). Optional add-ons include multiposting to up to 10 additional portals (e.g., XING and HeyJobs) for 199 EUR, and a social media video package (three 10-15 second videos published on YouTube and LinkedIn) for 499 EUR. The job board allows filtering by role, skills, location, work model, and salary, with salary ranges displayed directly on listings.

For IT talents, the platform offers career consulting, including market fit assessment and CV sharpening, to help with job changes, new projects, or the move to self-employment.
