eCareer (イーキャリア) is a job website for job seekers in Japan, offering positions from major corporate groups and well-known companies. It is operated by a human resources company within the SoftBank Group. Job seekers can browse listings across a wide range of specialties, including sales, service, software, gaming, creative, marketing, back office, electronics, chemicals, medical, construction, consulting, finance, and franchise positions.

The site provides practical filtering tools. Users can narrow jobs by employment type such as permanent, contract, temp-to-perm, temporary, part-time, freelance, and franchise owner. Salary filters range from 1 million yen to 15 million yen and above. Industry filters include manufacturing, trading, retail, IT/Internet/telecom, media/advertising/design, finance/insurance, and services.

For employers, eCareer offers three plans: Maximum (starting at 500,000 yen, with top placement in search results), High-end (starting at 350,000 yen), and Standard (starting at 200,000 yen, including a scout email feature). All plans come with a 50% discount for web inquiries. Employers can post up to 3 job listings per plan at no extra cost, modify or swap listings any number of times during the period, and have listings go live as soon as the next business day. The base cost is 100,000 yen per 4-week cycle.
