Edoo

Edoo is a free job platform for young people in Brazil seeking apprenticeship or internship positions. Job seekers can create a profile, earn points through a gamified system called JobScore, and get matched to vacancies by an AI recommendation model that compares their information with job requirements. The platform also offers free courses with certificates to help candidates prepare for the job market.

For employers, Edoo provides a SaaS product with access to a candidate database, and allows posting vacancies for free (though viewing resumes requires payment). Additional services include an AI-powered job description generator, a chat-based recruitment assistant called Edoo Copilot, and a specialized recruitment service called Edoo Hunter that handles the entire search process. The platform also manages internship contracts and mandatory insurance in compliance with the Internship Law, and acts as an integration agent between educational institutions, students, and companies. Edoo has partnerships with over 300 educational institutions.
