Eleven Careers

ElevenCareers is a Ugandan jobs platform that covers both formal and informal work across 120 districts. It serves job seekers and employers in Uganda, including those without smartphones. Job seekers can browse, create a profile, and apply for free, with optional paid services like CV reviews. Employers pay for job postings using MTN MoMo or Airtel Money.

Job categories include formal roles such as IT, accounting, teaching, healthcare, NGO, and customer service, as well as informal roles like boda driving, domestic work, construction, salon, farm work, and general labour. Job seekers can filter jobs by district, town, or village. They can create a profile with a CV or, for casual work, just a photo and skills. Applications can be made in one tap, and users can chat with verified employers.

Every employer is verified before jobs go live, earning a trusted badge. Employers can post a job with a short description, review applicants, see ratings and references, and pay with Mobile Money. Job seekers can receive job alerts and apply over SMS and WhatsApp, making the platform accessible without a smartphone.
