AMIA Employment Service (empleos.amia.org.ar) is a non-profit job platform operated by AMIA, an association with over 46 years of experience. All services for job seekers are free and open to the entire society. The site offers job listings, orientation workshops, and technical training courses. Job seekers can register or update their CV to apply for listings, and there is a free registration option to receive job offers.

For companies, the platform provides personnel selection, evaluation, and training services. The contributions companies make for these services directly support free job orientation activities for job seekers. The site also has programs focused on diversity and labor inclusion for vulnerable groups, including youth, people with disabilities, people over 45, the LGTBI+ community, and migrants.
