EnbekGo.kz is a platform for shift work in Kazakhstan, operating in Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Aktobe, and Karaganda. Companies post shift requests and pay upfront; shifts are published only after payment is received. Workers see the net pay amount before signing up and are paid via Kaspi bank after the shift is confirmed.

Attendance is tracked via QR code at the worksite, automatically recording start and end times. Companies must confirm each worker's attendance within 24 hours after the shift ends. The platform acts as a payment agent, collecting from companies and paying workers. Companies can cancel a published shift no later than 12 hours before start, with the payment returned to their balance.

Companies must provide safety briefing, PPE, and tools unless stated otherwise in the shift request. On shifts longer than 6 hours, they must provide at least 1 hour for meals plus access to drinking water and toilet. Companies are prohibited from hiring workers met through the platform for the same work outside the platform for 6 months after the last shift. The platform does not guarantee a specific worker will show up but will find replacements and notify the company.
