Each job application generates a unique folio (POS) for the candidate, and employers receive EMP and VAC folios by email after submitting a vacancy. The vacancy is not published until validation is complete. If you suspect fraud or impersonation, you can report it and receive a report folio (REP) with follow-up. Job listings include practical details: some show salary ranges (e.g., $18,000–$22,000 for an administrative analyst in Mexico City) and shift information (e.g., morning or morning/afternoon for a sales executive in Guadalajara). These details help you quickly assess fit before applying.
