Enisra

Enisra is a job discovery platform that allows job seekers to search for jobs and employers to post jobs. It covers categories including Engineering, Healthcare, Technology, Finance, Construction, and Operations. Job seekers can upload their CV so employers can find them, and they can create job alerts. The platform also offers Telegram job alerts for remote jobs, scholarships, and trainings, and lists scholarships and free trainings for local and international opportunities.

The job search page allows filtering by category, job type, and experience level. For example, it shows 152 full-time jobs and 125 engineering jobs out of 392 total listings. Job listings include location details, such as specific cities and addresses in Ethiopia, and display application deadlines. Employers can choose from recruitment packages priced in Ethiopian Birr (ETB), such as a 1 Job Pack for ETB 2,700 with 15 days visibility, or a 5 Job Pack for ETB 7,500 that includes candidate shortlisting and basic screening support. The unlimited premium package at ETB 75,000 adds a dedicated recruitment consultant and staff training support.
