Mustakbil.com

Mustakbil Georgia serves job seekers and employers in Georgia, with some remote positions available worldwide. Job seekers can create a free account and use an AI-assisted resume builder that imports Word, PDF, or image files. They receive AI-ranked job recommendations based on their skills and preferences, and can set up push or email job alerts. Applying is a one-tap process after creating a profile, and candidates can schedule interviews directly with employers through the platform. Job seekers also control whether their resume is searchable by employers or visible only when they apply.

Employers can post a job for free, with AI writing the ad and ranking the first 25 applicants. Paid options include job posting packages starting from USD 30 per ad, which offer homepage placement, alerts to matching candidates, up to 500 invitations, and a full ranked shortlist. Employers can also search a CV database and pay per contact pack starting from USD 14, or subscribe to Mustakbil Pro for USD 60 per month, which includes screening on every job, a monthly Boost 3, 35 contacts, and 3 seats. Additional tools allow employers to generate screening questionnaires or timed tests for candidates, and to sign and send offers with a verifiable record of signatures.
