Geloofwaardig Werk is a job board for the Netherlands that targets religious professionals and inclusive Dutch employers. It lists employers that provide concrete accommodations for prayer, holidays, diet, and identity. The platform displays facilities in four categories: Time & Prayer, Holidays & Leave, Food & Diet, and Work Climate.

Job seekers can create an account to search for jobs, and employers can create an account to post vacancies. Registration is possible via email or social login with Google or Apple. The platform allows filtering by facilities such as a prayer or quiet room, flexibility for Friday prayer, swap arrangement for religious holidays, halal, kosher, vegetarian, fully remote, hybrid, and flexible hours. You can also filter by province (all 12 Dutch provinces), sector (e.g., Care & Welfare, Education, ICT & Tech), education level (mbo, hbo, wo), contract type (permanent, temporary, internship, on-call), and minimum monthly gross salary (hourly and annual salaries are converted automatically).
