Job Space lists 1,898 open jobs across all of Israel, covering regions such as Center, Sharon, Shfela, Jerusalem, North, and South. Job categories include all fields, no experience, work from home, part-time, and shifts. Candidates register for the portal for free and apply with one click without uploading a resume. The application process involves answering a few short questions via WhatsApp, after which candidates get access to a personal portal on the Job Space website. The portal uses AI to match jobs to the candidate.

For employers, the process starts with a characterization call with a recruitment consultant. The job is posted on the same day to more than five channels simultaneously. All resumes are checked, and relevant candidates undergo an automated WhatsApp interview. Candidates who pass screening are scheduled for an interview directly in the employer's calendar. The employer service includes a recruitment agent named Rayan who posts the job, filters, interviews via WhatsApp, and schedules interviews. Pricing is a one-time, transparent fee, not a placement fee.
