Global Sponsor Hub connects candidates seeking international jobs with employers, recruitment agencies, and independent specialists. Candidates can search jobs and create a profile for free, and the platform shows anonymous totals of candidate interest by role and country, hiding numbers when fewer than 10 profiles are found. Destination guides for countries including the UK, Germany, Ireland, and Australia provide information on visas, everyday life, and how a move works.

Employers can post their first manual job for free, connect their careers page or ATS to import eligible international roles at no cost, and manage applications on the platform or send candidates to their own careers site. Extra manual job posts cost from £99, or a Growth plan at £149 per month. The platform does not replace an employer's ATS, file visas, or sponsor candidates. Recruitment agencies can publish client vacancies with the agency and application route shown, and independent specialists can list for free and pay £49 per accepted referral.

Jobs are labelled to show where to apply: on Global Sponsor Hub, on the employer site, or agency-submitted. Filters are available for mobility/visa, industry, work arrangement, job type, and listing age. Mobility labels on jobs are employer-declared and do not assess legal eligibility. Employers also have access to a sponsorship cost calculator and an employment cost calculator.
