GoodJobs.com.sg is a Singapore-focused job portal that launched in September 2021. It serves both job seekers and employers with free sign-up and no basic usage fee for job seekers, and free job listing for employers. The platform is designed for a wide range of job seekers including PMETs, Non-PMETs, gig and flexi workers, part-timers, seniors, youths, mid-career switchers, back-to-work job seekers, and inclusive hires.

Job seekers can browse over 30,000 active vacancies from more than 1,000 hiring employers. The platform offers job types such as Full Time, Part Time, Contract or Project Basis, Freelance or Gig or Microjobs, Home-based Job, Permanent, and Temporary. Job functions include Accounting/Auditing/Taxing, Admin/Secretarial, Advertising/Media, Architecture/Interior Design, Banking & Finance, Building & Construction, Consulting, Customer Service, Design, and Education & Training. There is a resume builder and the option to upload video resumes. No signing-up fees, hidden levies, or commission are charged for applications.

Employers get an integrated 1-stop recruitment platform for online and job fair interaction, with tools including HR-peer support and resource network, concierge services by The Social Equity, and community branding outreach. Onboarded organisations can opt to participate in regular physical job fairs across Singapore. The platform also has a social enterprise, The Social Equity (TSE), that directly helps job seekers and manages volunteers at job fairs.
