GoodWork is a Canadian-owned and independently operated job board that serves employers such as environmental organizations, charities, nonprofits, community groups, social enterprises, farms, businesses, and government agencies across Canada. Unlike many job sites, all postings are reviewed by staff before going live, rather than being published automatically. The site also offers flexible pricing to accommodate organizations of different sizes and means, recognizing that a small grassroots group may have very different resources from a large institution.

Job seekers can filter listings by level (Remote, Senior, Mid, Junior, Intern, Volunteer, Board, Outdoor) and by Canadian province or territory, including a Remote option. Employers can post positions as Paid Employment, Contract, Senior Management, RFP, Summer/Student job, Intern (paid, stipend, or volunteer), Board Position, Volunteer, or Take Action, and can specify full-time, part-time, or other. When posting, employers can add a logo or photo; staff will look up the logo from the employer's website or add a photo upon request.
