HaHuJobs

HaHuJobs serves job seekers and employers in Ethiopia, focusing on major cities and industrial parks. It captures structured data on skilled and unskilled labor, offering data-driven job matching, student tracing, capacity building, and job seeker assessments. The platform includes a Telegram bot that allows job seekers to browse and submit applications directly within the messaging app using an "easy apply" function.

For employers, HaHuJobs provides enterprise services covering job vacancy announcements, recruitment, and HR management until termination. It also offers a curated talent pool of over 2,000 candidates. A specialized service for industrial parks uses biometric-based identification to register workers and job seekers, building a digital pool for factory labor demands. Additionally, the HaHu Muya platform provides capacity-building and training content from various institutes in document and multimedia formats.
