Halftijds.be lists part-time jobs in Belgium or the Netherlands, including remote positions that can be performed from those countries. Roles must be at most 90% of a full-time equivalent or under 38 hours per week. The site focuses on the cultural, creative, tech/startup, non-profit, education, and public sectors. Dedicated pages exist for higher education and freelance jobs.

Employers can post a job starting at €20 (excl. VAT) for the 'mini' package, which places the listing on the website until the closing date. The 'basis' package at €60 (excl. VAT) adds distribution on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, plus at least one newsletter mention. The 'member' package at €499 (excl. VAT) allows unlimited job postings, social media distribution, and at least one newsletter mention per week. The newsletter goes out every Thursday at 9 AM; jobs submitted by Wednesday 6 PM are included that week. All jobs are reviewed against terms and posted within 48 hours if approved. Payments made by credit card or PayPal are refunded if a job is not approved.
