Orra

Orra is a job-matching service for Pakistan. Employers post a role once, and after a person at Orra reviews and approves it, the job is matched against candidate profiles and delivered directly into their WhatsApp chat. Candidates never visit the Orra website to see jobs; applications come to the employer's email or own application link.

Candidates never pay for using Orra, and their details are shared with an employer only when they choose to apply. Employers must reply to every applicant within 7 days, even with a rejection, or risk losing the ability to post. Orra is for employers hiring in Pakistan, from small shops to teams hiring at volume.

Orra offers three pricing plans for employers. The Free plan includes 1 active posting at a time. The Basic plan costs PKR 5,000 per month for 10 active postings. The Pro plan costs PKR 15,000 per month for unlimited active postings, a "Verified employer" badge on WhatsApp, and the ability to invite team members. Every account starts on the Free plan.
