HireGenius.NG is a recruitment platform for employers and job seekers across Nigeria. Job seekers can browse listings and apply for free by clicking "View Details & Apply", filling in their details, uploading a CV, and submitting. They can also subscribe to personalized job alerts to receive notifications when relevant jobs are posted.

Employers can post job listings and connect with qualified candidates. The platform offers a pay-per-hire option at ₦10,000 per staff, which includes standard screening, one free replacement, job listing, shortlisting, and a 72-hour response time. Subscription plans are also available: Starter Hiring at ₦36,000 monthly (up to 4 hires per month, 48-72 hour delivery), Growth Hiring at ₦90,000 monthly (up to 10 hires per month, 24-48 hour delivery, in-depth vetting, interview scheduling), and Recruitment Partner at ₦200,000 monthly (unlimited hiring, background checks, dedicated account manager, priority support, monthly reports). The platform does not deduct from employee salaries.
