Employers can post jobs, search hundreds of candidate profiles, and send direct invitations to qualified applicants. They can also access a searchable database of candidate resumes, using filters based on location, experience, education, and skills. Through the platform, employers can manage applications, sort resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates. Every employer and job listing on HireMeJA is reviewed and approved, giving job seekers confidence that opportunities are genuine.

Employer pricing packages are available in USD, starting from USD $9.99 for 14-day access to the candidate database only. When a package expires, job postings are no longer visible to candidates, but the account and past applications remain accessible.
