Hoikuplus is a free job placement service for childcare workers in Japan. It covers all 47 prefectures, organized by region, and lists positions such as nursery teacher, kindergarten teacher, nutritionist, and cook. Workplace types include nursery schools, kindergartens, certified children's schools, after-school clubs, hospital nurseries, and company nurseries, among others.

Each job seeker is assigned a dedicated consultant who provides support from initial consultation through to interview and job entry. The consultant handles salary and condition negotiations, adjusts interview schedules on the job seeker's behalf, and offers help with resume writing and interview preparation. Job listings are pre-researched for turnover rates and ease of work. If desired, the service can arrange a trial childcare visit.

A convenient feature allows users to apply to multiple job listings at once with a single registration, streamlining the application process.
