Hosteleo

Hosteleo is a job portal focused on hospitality and tourism, founded in 2011 by Manuel Barrientos. It was the first Spanish-language website to publish hospitality job postings. In 2015, it was acquired by Linkers, a human resources consultancy specializing in hospitality recruitment in Spain. The following year, Linkers acquired empleoenturismo.com, expanding Hosteleo's scope to include tourism.

The platform has over 650,000 registered users and more than 15,000 client companies, including restaurants, hotels, bars, spas, selection agencies, cruise lines, and other hospitality and tourism businesses. Hosteleo has expanded to Spanish-speaking countries such as Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and the United States. Its team includes technology entrepreneurs, HR specialists, and hospitality and tourism professionals.

Practical features include video interviews and QR code job search tools, which help employers screen candidates and allow job seekers to quickly access listings. These tools are designed to streamline the hiring process in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
