This website is a performance-based recruitment platform focused exclusively on the hotel and inn industry. Employers pay nothing until a hire is made, eliminating wasted spending risk. The platform provides three core services: job posting, direct recruiting (scouts), and agent support. Employers can create unlimited job postings with no posting period restrictions and can activate their account and start posting immediately after account issuance.

The direct recruiting feature allows employers to send free scouts to hotel personnel by specifying desired job type and previous hotel or facility. The scout list displays user experience job types, hotel/facility, age, and area at a glance. Scouts can be sent by simply entering a title and reason, with the option to attach a job posting. The agent support service recommends matching hotel personnel, assists with interview scheduling, condition negotiation, and provides support until the candidate joins.

The management screen shows application status at a glance, including selection status and work history for up to three previous companies, enabling simple document screening. The job creation screen includes a real-time preview function showing how content appears to job seekers. Job listings cover various hotel types such as city hotel, business hotel, resort hotel, luxury hotel, auberge, and ryokan/onsen, and departments including kitchen, accommodation, banquet/wedding, and management positions.
