Jobomas

Jobomas is a job posting platform for employers to find candidates. Employers pay per job post, not per candidate, so unlimited applicants cost the same as two. The first job each month is free with no credit card required. Paid options include a Simple plan at $99 one-time (ad with a featured tag) and a Premium plan at $249 one-time (top of the list, more views, and candidates can unlock it without using their quota). Frequent posters can buy a Lite or Business membership to make each ad cheaper.

Jobs are distributed to social networks including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with paid Meta campaigns. Every job is published with structured data for Google Jobs, so it can appear in Google's job search box. Jobomas is also connected to other job boards and aggregators for wider distribution. Employers can enable WhatsApp contact so candidates write directly via WhatsApp, or use the 'Hidden Address' feature to forward candidate emails without revealing the employer's identity. Candidates write directly to the employer's usual inbox; there is no separate inbox to check.

Jobomas does not store CVs and has no CV database to search. It also does not provide applicant tracking features such as stages, scores, or rejections. Employers can contact Jobomas via WhatsApp for recruitment support.
