IFBB Academy Recruitment

This platform serves qualified professionals in fitness, bodybuilding and related fields, linking them with international employers. It is operated by IFBB Academy Tunisia, a branch of IFBB Academy Spain, and targets recruitment across Europe, the Gulf Region and beyond. The platform reports a presence in 53 countries through IFBB Academy and 203 IFBB member countries.

Candidates follow a nine-step process: registration, CV verification, certificate verification, professional assessment, interview, employer matching, job offer, visa guidance, and employment. Every candidate is evaluated before being introduced to an employer, including certification review, document verification, practical and theoretical knowledge assessment, and a structured interview. Employers in sectors such as premium fitness clubs, luxury hotels and resorts, football academies, and sports performance centres can receive reviewed professional profiles matched to their needs.

The platform offers a monthly newsletter with new vacancies, market salary data and visa updates. Contact is available via WhatsApp and email. Employment is subject to employer selection, contract conditions, visa requirements and applicable laws. The platform states it does not guarantee employment, candidate availability or recruitment results.
