Inpreo serves job seekers and employers in Brazil. Job seekers can create a free account in under three minutes and search for positions by job title or keyword, salary expectation, and location. When they find a job they like, they can click "Gostei" to notify the recruiter of their interest.

Employers can post unlimited job ads for free on the free plan, which also includes AI-powered talent search. The free plan allows up to three job ads per month. A paid plan called "Plano Completo" costs R$ 50 per user per month and includes unlimited job postings, AI-powered candidate recommendations based on a desired profile description, team visibility into which recruiter contacted a candidate and the status, and the ability to cancel at any time directly through the platform.

Employers also have access to a candidate database for direct contact, can refine candidate searches using more than 10 different filter types, and can manage candidates in a recruitment and selection flow.
