Instaffo

Instaffo is a recruiting platform aimed at knowledge workers across Europe. Job seekers can use it for free and communicate directly with hiring managers through an integrated chat feature, without needing to submit formal applications. The platform claims to display only jobs that match the user's salary expectations, skills, and work experience, and it highlights remote work options and attractive salaries.

For employers, Instaffo offers three pricing plans. The Essential plan has no monthly fee but charges 15% of the target gross annual salary upon a successful hire. The Professional plan costs €990 per month (with a 12-month commitment) and charges 12% of the target gross annual salary. Enterprise pricing is available on request. Paid plans include access to a talent feed of over 300,000 pre-qualified candidates, an AI-based matching system that considers salary, location, and skills, direct chat with talents, built-in collaboration with hiring managers, and the ability to invite unlimited team members. The platform also provides a web app filterable by job role, region, and seniority, based on over 750,000 job and talent data points.
