iRelaunch is a job website and career support platform for professionals who have taken a career break of at least one year, for reasons such as childcare, eldercare, health issues, or military service. It connects these relaunchers with employers, mainly within the Fortune 500, that are ready to hire mid-career talent. The site was established in 2007 and is a Certified WBENC member and WOSB.

Key features include a job board focused on career-returner roles, a weekly newsletter called the Return to Work Report that highlights employer jobs of the week and upcoming events, and a Virtual Power Hour for navigating job search challenges. iRelaunch also hosts a virtual Return to Work Conference each May and October, along with other events like panel discussions and information sessions. For relaunchers, there is an e-learning course called Back on the Career Track.
