Joballa is a digital workforce platform designed for Cameroon, available in both English and French. It connects workers and employers across the country from first contact through to payment, handling the entire process in one place. Workers can build a single verified profile that serves as their CV for every application, and employers can post jobs, review structured candidate profiles, hire, manage shifts, and pay workers all within the platform.

The platform includes managed departments for informal work sectors such as domestic work, education, events, logistics, agriculture, and construction. Workers can browse jobs and apply in one tap without uploading CVs or filling forms, and their profile is submitted directly. Payment is handled through mobile money services MTN MoMo or Orange Money, with workers receiving pay directly to their account and employers managing payroll from a dashboard.
