JobHub

JobHub is a job platform in Thailand built with input from users with disabilities, seniors, new graduates, and employers committed to equal employment. Every job posting must include details about workplace accessibility features such as elevators, restrooms, transportation, and communication, so job seekers can assess suitability before applying. The platform lists jobs only from verified companies and allows filtering to show only those employers.

The site follows WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines, supporting keyboard navigation, font resizing, high-contrast mode, and screen reader compatibility on every page. A match score explains the reasons for each aspect and never reduces the score due to disability. JobHub also partners with 12 disability associations and clubs across Thailand to connect accessible job opportunities at the provincial level.

For employers, accounts require administrator approval before posting jobs. JobHub collaborates with employers and job coaches, including follow-up after job placement, to support workplace accessibility readiness.
