JOBJACK is a hiring system designed for store-level roles in retail, quick-service restaurants, merchandising, and multi-site environments in South Africa. It is used by over 90 employers across more than 5,000 sites. Job seekers can apply for nearby jobs from their phone, and the platform is built to work on mobile networks with lower data usage.

For job seekers, registration requires an ID or passport number. Once registered, you can view all available jobs and apply directly. The platform also offers free and paid courses through its Career Coach feature, including a Work Readiness Course that covers interview skills and communication.

For employers, JOBJACK provides an end-to-end hiring system that includes JobFIT™, which combines behavioural assessments, operational requirements, and local hiring data to rank applicants. The assessments are ASSA-certified. Head office teams get centralised visibility and structured applicant feedback across every store.
