For job seekers, Jobly provides company profiles and verification badges to review before applying, and tracks application status within the account. A ghost-protection system records employer non-response, which can affect an employer's Applicant Respect Score. Employers can post roles, review applicants, move them through hiring stages, and contact shortlisted candidates from one workspace. Foreign employers must verify their company by uploading three company documents, and household service and domestic-worker requests are excluded from this service.
