JobMall is a job information site operated by the Sigma Group, listing job openings from Sigma Group companies. It covers all 47 prefectures of Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa. Job seekers can register online for free, which gives them a personal page to manage applications, save search conditions, and bookmark favorite listings.

For employers, posting a job on JobMall is free until a hire is made. Fees are incurred only when a match is made and services such as temporary staffing or placement begin. However, the employer service may not be available outside the sales area of Sigma Group companies. Listings also appear on a mobile site, which can increase views.
