Jobportal.se serves job seekers and employers in Sweden and Finland, with the site available in Swedish and Finnish. It claims to have over 10,000 active job listings. Job seekers can create a free job alert (jobbspanare) to receive relevant listings by email. Popular search suggestions include terms like Planering, Deltid, Assistent, Nacka, and Ekonomi, and a detailed search option is available.

Employers can create a free account and post a job ad at no cost. After posting, they can optionally add a paid promotional package. The packages are: Lyft (99 SEK + VAT) to boost the ad higher in search results for the entire application period; Första sida (499 SEK + VAT) to place the ad on the homepage and at the top of listings; and Social mediestjärna (1499 SEK + VAT) which includes advertising on Facebook and Instagram with a 50 € campaign budget, using Jobportal's default illustration images. The Social mediestjärna campaign is paid in advance. Job applications are sent directly to the employer's email and can be managed in one place.
