JobPortunities serves both job seekers and employers/recruiters in Namibia. Job seekers can create a CV or résumé online, upload certificates and supporting documents, link their profile to over 500 job categories, receive alerts, search, apply, and track their application history. The platform supports a connected journey from profile creation to appointment, including discovery, application, assessment, communication, and decision management.

Employers can create branded job advertisements from templates, search for candidates, invite applicants, evaluate applications with questionnaires and weighted scorecards, and manage interviews, notifications, appointments, and reports. The employer directory lists over 200 registered employers and allows filtering by company name, country, province/region/state, and town.

The job search page allows searching by job title, employer, category, or location, and includes a 'Show Jobs Linked To My Profile' feature. Geographic filters include country (Namibia), provinces/regions (Erongo, Karas, Khomas, Otjozondjupa), and towns (Kombat, Otjiwarongo, Rosh Pinah, Swakopmund, Uis, Walvis Bay, Windhoek). Job listings show the number of applicants. The platform provides a help section for job seekers on how to search, filter, and open vacancies, including a video and quick guide.
