PHCAST Job Search

PHCAST Job Search helps job seekers find employment in Boston and surrounding areas of Massachusetts. You can search for jobs by entering an address, a town or city, or by using an interactive job search map. The platform also lets you filter results by distance from a location, choosing from 5 to 250 miles.

Additional filters include language requirements—such as Arabic, Chinese (Cantonese), English, Haitian Kreyol, Spanish, and Vietnamese—and whether the job seeker has their own transportation. Employer work locations cover Boston neighborhoods (e.g., Dorchester, Roxbury, South Boston) and metro area towns (e.g., Cambridge, Quincy, Somerville), as well as Southeast, Cape & Islands communities like Brockton, Fall River, and Barnstable.
