RQM Jobs

RQM Jobs is a free job website for both jobseekers and employers, covering all seven emirates of the UAE. The platform is available in English and Arabic. It is funded by ads, so no one pays to use it.

Jobseekers upload a CV to create a profile, and they review every fact before it is used. The platform shows a match score for each job and highlights missing skills. Users can generate a tailored CV and cover letter for each application, and track applications from submission to offer. A 30-day job search programme provides daily tasks and interview practice. Jobseekers can choose whether verified employers can discover them; contact details are shared only when they accept an invitation.

Employers can post jobs for free and get a public hiring page. They can upload a job description to pre-fill the post and mark requirements as essential or preferred. Employers can search candidates with plain-language queries and see the evidence behind each match. They can also import existing CVs, compare candidates side by side, and manage a pipeline. Verified employers—those who submit a trade licence number—can search the shared candidate pool of discoverable jobseekers. Employers are not allowed to charge candidates on the platform.
